Each generation makes its contribution… When my wife and I acquired this small estate, we wanted to build a unique project, free from any historic constraints, where we could give our creativity free rein. The incredible range of soils, and the wide span of varietals give us the liberty to consider numerous possibilities of cuvées and styles. The brightness and elegance developed by these terroirs seduced us and organic farming was an obvious choice in order to express their delicate balance. |
