LOU COUCARDIÉ WHITE
TERROIR : rolled pebbles and sandy limestone, pebbles and calcarous clay.
VARIETALS : Roussanne, Grenache, Viognier and many different lees.
VINIFICATION :
- Selection of parcels of old vines with naturally small yields.
- Manual harvest with sorting.
- Skin contact maceration at cold temperature.
- Fermentation in new French oak barrels.
- Partial malolactic fermentation (30%).
- Aging with periodic reincorporation of lees for 15 months.
- One single bottling run without filtration.

- Appearance: Its beautiful robe mingles deep gold and green hues.
- Nose: The powerful display of complex aromas is layered with a multitude of surprising scents: white flowers, beeswax, sweet spices, star-anise, violet, and vanilla.
