The image of Joseph Torrès, my great

grandfather and the founder of our vineyards,

was ever present during my childhood.

I believe he would be proud of this “cuvee”.

With it, I have stretched the absolute limits,

creating a wine that is in and of itself

an encounter that lights up the moment.
